I have such fond memories of Marcy. She was a such a sweet person. We were very close when she first moved to Cincinnati from Granville. I actually saw my very first concert with her, The Monkees at Cincinnati Gardens. I can't tell you how many times I heard her tell people how to pronounce her name. Mar-see-ah! RIP Marcy.

I have so many fond memories of Marcy.  She and I became close friends when she first came to Aiken from Granville, OH.  I loved spending the night at her house, her mom and dad were so sweet.  When she and her family moved to Manhattan, KA, I rode with them to their new house and flew back home with her cousin, who was a private plane pilot.  We wrote letters for a few years and then lost touch.  We reconnected through Facebook and about  6 or 7 years ago I drove from my home in Auburn, AL to meet her in Tuscaloosa AL, where her dad retired as team physician for the University of Alabama football team.  He had been UC's team physician when they lived in College Hill.  We didn't miss a beat, having not seeing each other since our friendship at Aiken.  We shared so many memories of our high school days.  We stayed in touch via Facebook and I will miss her very much.  I know her family will miss her so much more!

I join Sandy, Royce and Bill in expressing sadness for Marcy's passing. We were never close, but I recall her being always pleasant and friendly, easy to converse. My heart goes out to her family and friends.

I know that I shared at least one class with Marcy and my recollections align perfectly with Geoff's.  Very sad.
